What needs attention
Completion must identify the inspected structure. A report that only lists the street address can leave uncertainty about a multi-structure scope. How will the reviewer name the building, rooms and inaccessible sections in the findings?

The completion record needs a building identifier
A street address can be insufficient for a property with more than one documented structure. The report should name the assessed building, rooms and approved material boundary. A completed-room photograph from one structure does not establish findings for another, and an inaccessible section needs to remain an explicit limitation.
Match the conclusion to the actual reviewed work
Ask how source-repair records, approved changes and retained material observations connect to that named structure. If another building or component was outside the work, state it clearly before the handoff. The completion decision should describe the agreed scope rather than becoming an unsupported property-wide clearance statement.
Access for the affected space
Give the exact property address and identify the affected structure. If several buildings or storage spaces are present, make clear which one needs assessment and who can authorize entry. For completion review, define who receives the findings and which unfinished conditions must be reported.
