What needs attention
Equipment placement requires remote approval. The owner may need a clear plan before approving equipment placement inside the residence. Which rooms, access paths and operating restrictions will be described in the proposal?

Remote approval needs a room-specific setup description
A remote owner needs to understand the proposed equipment position, work boundary and route through the residence. A generic equipment list or setup photograph may not explain which rooms become restricted. The local contact can clarify normal access without improvising airflow or changing unfamiliar mechanical operation.
Approve the plan rather than merely the equipment delivery
Ask how a new material finding would change placement or restrictions and who authorizes that revision. Filtration has a stated purpose within the scope; its presence does not document physical cleanup or moisture correction. The owner’s approval should distinguish setup from later removal, review and restoration decisions.
Access for the affected space
If an owner is away, identify an authorized local contact and agree how access, changes and completion records will be approved. A caretaker’s observation and authority to change the property are separate matters. For work-area separation, describe the doors and routes that occupants currently use rather than assuming the layout.
