What needs attention
The access path passes valuable fixed finishes. A proposed route should identify the surfaces that need protection. How will equipment and removed material travel through the property without an assumed access route?

Fixed finishes belong in the route description
Identify the valuable surfaces along the proposed access path, not just inside the work room. Equipment and removed material may need a different movement plan from ordinary household entry. A setup illustration should not imply that the actual route has been approved or that every finish can be protected in the same way.
Approve protection before movement begins
The proposal should state who agrees the route and how any necessary change will be authorized. If access affects a fixed finish, clarify its protection and reinstatement responsibility. Work-area separation and filtration have specific roles; neither substitutes for explaining physical cleanup, moisture correction and movement through the property.
Access for the affected space
If finishes or belongings need specialist handling, identify them before access or removal is authorized. Their value does not change the need for an evidence-based moisture finding. For work-area separation, describe the doors and routes that occupants currently use rather than assuming the layout.
