What needs attention
The owner needs review before returning. The planned review should explain whether any unfinished item affects use of the room. Which criteria, limits and outstanding work will the reviewer communicate before return arrangements?

Return plans need more than a completion date
An owner planning to return needs the defined review result and any remaining room-use limitation. The date work stopped does not show whether source repairs, retained materials or inaccessible sections were resolved. Ask the responsible reviewer to explain the findings for the actual scope rather than giving a general occupancy assurance.
Identify what remains before arranging use
The report should name outstanding work, its responsible contact and how it affects the requested handoff. A completed cleanup item and an unfinished moisture question can coexist. Return arrangements should follow the project-specific advice and stated limitations, without turning a limited review into a guarantee about all future conditions.
Access for the affected space
If access requires a scheduled contact, arrange that person’s authority and the exact building or unit before the visit. Entry instructions should not be confused with permission to approve changes. For completion review, define who receives the findings and which unfinished conditions must be reported.
