Describe which occupied spaces depend on the service room and what access or controls they use. A localized material concern does not identify every affected operation automatically. The manager needs the assessed work boundary and the practical dependency information together before approving interruption or relocating activities.
Agree the shared operational change
Ask who authorizes access and communicates restrictions to the people using neighboring spaces. If further findings involve another component, record its separate approval and responsible trade. Completion of room cleanup should not be treated as confirmation that all shared equipment or outstanding source work is ready for ordinary use.
Access for the affected space
For a rental, establish the resident’s access needs and the owner’s approval contact before work is arranged. Building cleanup and decisions about guest or tenant belongings require separate authority. For the business space, identify the person responsible for staff, customer and delivery access.
