What needs attention
Equipment arrives through a scheduled entry point. The appointment needs a practical route as well as permission to enter. Who confirms equipment placement, access changes and restrictions before setup begins?

Scheduled entry does not explain equipment placement
An approved arrival appointment may leave the practical work route and room restrictions unresolved. Describe the normal entrance, available space and areas still in use. Equipment should support a property-specific plan; its delivery should not be treated as evidence that the boundary or occupancy arrangements have already been agreed.
Approve changes through the responsible contact
Ask who confirms placement and communicates any altered access before setup. If findings require another room or route, the relevant person should review that change. Filtration and separation have stated purposes, while physical cleanup and moisture correction remain distinct scope items that cannot be inferred from equipment being present.
Access for the affected space
If access requires a scheduled contact, arrange that person’s authority and the exact building or unit before the visit. Entry instructions should not be confused with permission to approve changes. For work-area separation, describe the doors and routes that occupants currently use rather than assuming the layout.
