What needs attention
A concern is in a separate residential building. An address alone may not identify which occupied structure contains the affected room. Which building and rooms are included in the appointment, and who can grant access to them?

Name the residential structure rather than only the address
If the request concerns a separate occupied building, provide its identifier and the affected room. A street address alone may leave the scope ambiguous where several documented structures exist. The observation in one room should not be transferred to another building without its own findings and authorized assessment.
Confirm what the appointment actually includes
Ask whether the accepted assessment covers the named structure and which person can grant entry there. Any proposed removal boundary should identify its surfaces and unresolved source question. If other buildings are excluded, keep that exclusion clear so a localized cleanup conclusion is not later interpreted as a property-wide review.
Access for the affected space
Give the exact property address and identify the affected structure. If several buildings or storage spaces are present, make clear which one needs assessment and who can authorize entry. For the occupied residence, identify who can authorize room access and any change to retained finishes.
