What needs attention
A barrier plan conflicts with an access instruction. The people using the building need a consistent agreed route. Who resolves the entry and work-boundary instructions before the setup is used?

Conflicting instructions need resolution before use
A barrier plan and separate entry instruction can leave residents or staff unsure which route applies. Identify the discrepancy through the authorized contact rather than moving equipment or crossing the boundary to make access easier. The actual work area and normal movement needs should be described in one consistent plan.
Agree who issues revised instructions
Ask the responsible professional and property contact to resolve the route before setup is relied on. If new findings later change the boundary, communicate the revision to everyone affected. Filtration equipment has a stated function; it does not remove the need for an agreed access plan, material cleanup or source correction.
Access for the affected space
Bring existing inspection or repair records for the affected space and name the person authorized to approve changes. Written records help distinguish earlier work from the present concern. For work-area separation, describe the doors and routes that occupants currently use rather than assuming the layout.
