What needs attention
The moisture report contains undated photographs. An undated image can locate a mark but does not establish when it became wet. Which dated observations or repair records are available to rebuild the useful timeline?

An undated image cannot establish onset
An image can locate a mark while leaving its date and moisture state unknown. Identify any later dated observation, maintenance visit or repair record that can rebuild the timeline. Avoid assigning a start date from appearance or using an undated picture as evidence that a present leak was active at that moment.
Keep reconstructed history separate from current findings
The assessment should state what is observed now and what the older record cannot establish. Ask which source question remains unanswered and what authorized access would help. A repair recommendation should follow the current evidence rather than turning a visually similar old mark into proof of the same continuing cause.
Access for the affected space
If access requires a scheduled contact, arrange that person’s authority and the exact building or unit before the visit. Entry instructions should not be confused with permission to approve changes. For an investigation, provide existing source-repair records and explain which concealed area can be accessed with permission.
