What needs attention
An off-site cleaning option is proposed. Transport introduces inventory and custody decisions beyond cleaning the room. How are items recorded, who approves movement and which return conditions will be agreed?

Off-site cleaning adds custody and inventory decisions
An off-site option should identify the items, materials and recommendations that justify transport. A general contents count does not show which pieces need specialist advice or cannot be retained. Permission to clean should not silently include storage, packaging, movement or disposal that the item owner has not reviewed.
Define the return before the items leave
Ask who records custody, approves changes and confirms the condition needed for return to the room. Cleaning limits and expected appearance should remain explicit. If building cleanup or source correction is incomplete, the transport record should retain that dependency instead of scheduling return from a general promised cleaning date.
Access for the affected space
When scheduling around owner absence, define who approves the scope and receives the final record. Do not let an entry arrangement become assumed permission for removal or disposal. For contents, record the owner of each item and identify any specialist handling that needs separate authorization.
